If your order arrives damaged, we will replace it at no additional cost.
To qualify for a replacement:

- Provide clear photos of the damaged vial and packaging
- Ensure the damage is visible in the images
Once verified, we will ship a replacement immediately at no cost.
Do you Offer Reshipments?

- The product arrives damaged
